About Shawna
Welcome.
If you have arrived here, most likely you are on a path of awakening and personal development. I applaud you and your courage to dive deeper Into things that can seem pretty “out there” but I assure you, this all happens within.
My intention and promise in working with you is to always hold space for you with unconditional love and non-judgment. You will find the energy of Shine Your Heart Healing to be just that—healing. There is light and joy that I carry that with me everywhere I go. It is important to have a safe place to explore the new thoughts, ideas, changes and desires being born into your life and I intend to hold that space for you.
If you are well into your path and are looking for energetic alignment and a deeper knowing of who you are, I provide my healing and intuitive gifts with you so you leave with more energetic balance, clarity and understanding of yourSelf and why you are alive. I have been guiding meditation in many different ways, teaching vibration through my Quantum Jumping sessions and have led groups through their past lives to help others understand themselves and their purpose deeper.
I have certifications as a yoga instructor since 2008, a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner with nearly 100 sessions completed and am a Reiki Master. I AM dedicated to helping people heal trauma in whatever way works best for them.
My desire is to serve the planet, help to raise the vibration while continuing to expand my own consciousness. I am empathic and highly intuitive. Over time I have done my own shadow work and have worked to increase my connection to Spirit to be in service to those who are guided to my light.
