WORKSHOP: Dynamic Relationships; How to Build Trust, Share Power and Navigate the Unknown
Some of our most catalytic personal development occurs in relationship with others. Whether at home, at work, or even with strangers, the ability to show up with clarity, patience, and curiosity often makes the difference between joy and frustration, collaboration and conflict. How do we create respectful boundaries, mutual support and inspire dialogue with those we live and work with?
In this interactive workshop, explore this question by learning basic principles of Argentine tango, a dance that is all about relationships! Then, reflect on the physical experience of partnering in a group coaching process of self-inquiry questions, structured discussion, and guided visualization. No partner necessary. Everyone will learn both leading and following roles.
Sharna is one of the most experienced tango teachers in North America. Trained primarily in Buenos Aires and New York, she has been teaching adult dancers of all levels for over twenty years. Now a life coach, she translates insights from social dance into programs that help people cultivate rewarding personal and professional relationships.
